If you find yourself in need of returning your product, we have the following return allowances.
- Product may be returned within 14 days of receiving your items.
- Product must be returned in the quantity that was purchased.
- 10% Restocking fee applied to all returns
- Anticipated refund amount: 100% of product price, minus 10% restocking [minus shipping price if shipped using free promo]
- Shipping fees are non-refundable [original shipping fees for 'free ship promos' will be deducted from refund]
- Customer is responsible for shipping the returned merchandise.
- All returns must include a copy of your email confirmation or packing slip.
